Research
My research interests lie in the general area of Image and Video quality assessment, image restoration and repair and subjective assessment of visual quality.
My dissertation involved no-reference quality assessment of images. I have previously worked on full reference video quality assessment, subjective evaluation of video quality and pooling strategies for full reference image quality assessment. My research interests include understanding the human visual system and computational models for visual perception. A selected list of (accepted/published) work is listed here.
